Policy Overview

solarandsecurity.pk offers a 7-day return and replacement policy exclusively for products that are found to be faulty or defective upon or shortly after installation. This policy is designed to cover manufacturing defects or immediate operational failures, ensuring you receive a fully functional solar or security system.

Return Eligibility

1. Time Limit: You must notify us of the fault and request a return or replacement within 7 calendar days of the product’s installation date.
2. Reason for Return: Returns will ONLY be accepted if the item is proven to be faulty or defective at the time of installation or failure within the 7-day period.
3. Proof of Fault: A detailed description of the fault and, where possible, photographic or video evidence must be provided. Our technicians may conduct an assessment to verify the defect.
4. Condition: The product must be returned with all original packaging, manuals, and accessories.

What is NOT Covered (No Returns for Mind-Changing)

• Change of Mind: We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds based on a customer’s change of mind, buyer’s remorse, incorrect aesthetic choice, or any reason other than a verified fault.
• Misuse or Damage: Products damaged due to improper use, accident, negligence, or unauthorized modifications are not eligible for return.
• Improper Installation (by others): This policy does not cover issues arising from installation conducted by a party other than solarandsecurity.pk.

Process for Return/Replacement
